Anusara Yoga classes uplift your heart and spirit while aligning your body so that your energy flows freely.

Yogassage with Amy: ($15) - TBD
Yogassage is the perfect blend of Yoga and massage.  Learn self massage techniques on a foam roller and with a super pinky ball to relieve muscle and connective tissue tension, realign your spine, and reconnect your body.

Yoga for the Aging Body​:  ($15) - Monday - 4:00pm 

Safe, gentle movements that release tension and stress in muscles and joints restoring a sense of ease and comfort in the body.
